Technical Sales Specialist (Associate-Specialist Level)

Background:

In this role, the Technical Sales Lead is typically responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with them, and leading the sales process from the initial contact through to the closing of the sale. They work closely with the technical team to ensure that the product or service is positioned effectively and that any technical questions or concerns are addressed.

To be successful as a Technical Sales Lead, a person typically needs to have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the product or service they are selling, as well as strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must possess a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings, including Google Workspace Responsible for retaining current customers as well as developing and attracting new customers.
  • Generate new business which harnesses key accounts from our channels and partnerships.
  • Develop cost estimates and proposals to finalize deals, while negotiating on behalf of the company.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings Collaborate with the team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain decks, fact sheets, and presentations.
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records in CRM.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Business, Marketing or any related fields
  • 2 or more years of experience in IT, business development, sales, partnership or related fields.
  • Headhunter by nature
  • Ability to support complex projects, and multi-task while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with digital acumen

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing or any related fields.
