Growth Lead (Mid-Senior Level)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Relationship Building and Leads Nurturing

  • Reports To the Director for Growth/Chief Growth Officer
  • Generate new business which harnesses key accounts from our channels and partnerships
  • Develop cost estimates and proposals to finalize deals, while negotiating on behalf of the company
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Develop partnerships and identify new markets for growth
  • Manages partnerships and coordinates key business directives and critical steps
  • Collaborate with leaders and other growth teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain decks, fact sheets, and presentations
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records via Hubspot

Account Management

  • Helps in delivery and management excellent customer service and standards by closely monitoring the needs of the accounts
  • Develop the existing customer base, increase revenues while harnessing key account relationships
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to customer and partner outreach, as well as relationship management
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports as required

Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or related fields
  • Experience in financial technology (fintechs) or neobanking is a plus
  • Adeptness in utilizing Hubspot and LinkedIn InMail & Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Ability to manage complex projects, and multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with digital acumen 
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related fields
