Growth Associate (Entry/Associate Level)

  • 2 or more years of experience in business development,sales, partnership or related fields
  • Ability to support complex projects, and multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with digital acumen
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Responsibilities and Duties:

Leads Generation and Leads Nurturing

  • Reports To the Growth Lead (BD & Partnerships)
  • Helps the Growth team develop new business through social media, 1 to 1 messaging (using Hubspot e-mails and LinkedIn InMail & Sales Navigator), newsletters, and leads generation events
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Handles logistics and coordination for Apper-led or partner-led events (both on-site and online)
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records via Hubspot
  • Assists in deal closing steps (sending out and following-up on cost estimates and proposals)
  • Helps develop partnerships and identify new markets for growth (partner management and relationship building)


A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related fields.
