Responsibilities:
- The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the steady state service delivery to client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for creating repositories for HOST/RDC documentation, process, procedure and standard work instructions, service catalogue
- Track and report utilization
- Allocate appropriately tiered interpreters to assignments in line with customer service level agreements
- Ensure that accurate updates are made to the system to enable a thorough audit trail to be completed for all assignments
- Work with the rest of the operational support teams to ensure the efficiency of our service
- Escalate any issues to a Senior Team Member where appropriate and in a prompt manner
- Must possess the ability to adapt to new and changing HRIS other HR systems
- Provide support to the Service Delivery team in the delivery of contracted services to the managed service partners
Qualifications:
- Strong computer experience (GoogleSuite, MS Office, Outlook, Company Software and Web Apps)
- Background in Exchange or Cloud desirable but not required
- Must be able to handle irate customers in a calm and professional manner
- Highly organized and strict attention to details
- Strong multi-tasking skills and prioritizing
- Proactively follows up and follows through with multiple tasks
