People Specialist

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Finance and People on daily admin-related tasks, duties and responsibilities.

  • Provide support on various projects and activities requiring deliverables for team members.
  • Create and update all internal People-related contracts, NDAs, decks and other documentations.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for all team members on any concerns, needs or requirements needed.
  • Plan and organize company events or programs to continuously provide positive experience for all team members.
  • Maintain communications with all People external service providers.
  • Handle end-to-end People responsibilities on benefits administration, payroll, engagement, recruitment, onboarding / off-boarding, and wellness, among others.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years work experience – preferably has Human Resources, Administrative or People Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
  • At least intermediate PC experience (both Mac OS and Windows) is required – having good knowledge on word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail communications, basic photo editing, and other HR applications, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Good decision-making capability, high learning ability
  • Strong attention-to-detail, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a consulting arrangement and work-from-home setup
  • Optional: Good knowledge of Philippine labor law and government requirements
