Customer Success/Business Development Lead

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Growth for leads nurturing and deal closing activities
  • Provide support on various projects and activities requiring deliverables for team members.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare proposals (business-centered) for opportunities and projects
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years work experience – preferably has Business Development, Marketing or Account Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Psychology or any related course
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a consulting arrangement and work-from-home setup
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Good decision-making capability, high learning ability
  • Strong attention-to-detail, analytical and organizational skills
